So stinky

I purchased 2 of these and while they’re great at not getting clothes messy, they are definitely not stain resistant (they have a lot of stains now) and after several times of wearing and washing, they started stinking sooo bad. I wipe them well after every use and wash them every few days or if they get quite gross from a messy as meal for example lasagne but the smell is just so gross to the point I want to throw them out. They’ve only been used for 6 months or less.

Love it

Fits great with our high chair and has made my life way easier! I do not enjoy the mess that comes with mealtimes but thanks to this bib it has made things a lot easier and contains all the mess. Really easy to put on/off. I would prefer if the bib came in one solid colour (eg navy) as sometimes the food blends in on the bib and my baby finds it hard to see, so I am rating 4 stars. I got the blue watermelon stripe colour.

New Version

We have two of the old version of these & swear by them!! Purchased two more to make life easier through winter with drying times & have found the new updated version to be extremely disappointing. To the point it’s basically unusable with our Highchair :(. The fit is all wrong - hardly covers the chair & sits strangely around our sons neck. It’s almost as if the pattern is faulty it’s that bad! Would no longer recommend which makes me sad because I love the old style so much :(

Best bib ever!

I have used mum2mum & bumkins jacket bibs but when my baby started feeding herself , food would go down between her and the high chair tray , getting food all over her clothes. This completely solved that issue! Her clothes under are clean as. They do take longer to dry out of you run them under the tap but I got 3 and just wipe off then put them in the washing machine at the end of the day. Best baby purchase I’ve made!

It saves me a lot of cleaning time everyday. I bought 2. Just need to flush the foods to the trash bin and toss the bib into the washing machine at the end of the day

Straps broke, poor customer support from Kids2

I purchased the Ingenuity high chair three years ago, drawn to its promise of lasting and growing with my family. However, I am now deeply disappointed by both the quality of the product and the lack of support from customer service.
Recently, the straps on the high chair tore, and while I understand some wear and tear is to be expected, safety components like straps should be easy to replace—especially for a product marketed to last and grow with a family. I reached out to customer service for assistance, speaking with three different agents. Unfortunately, none were able to provide a helpful solution. Two agents hung up on me, and the third simply suggested I stop using the product altogether, which is not an acceptable option.
As a parent, I expected more from a company that claims to support families and provide solutions for raising children. My experience with Kids2 has been the opposite. I’m more than willing to pay for replacement straps, but no assistance has been offered. It’s frustrating and disheartening to feel unsupported in a situation that impacts my child’s safety.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that this issue is resolved soon. The lack of customer care and product quality has made me reconsider any future purchases from this brand.

Extremely disappointed

Original order one of the items was not in stock it took more than 2 weeks to rectify. The remaining part of the order was not delivered and a green tractor was delivered instead to my 9 month old niece. I have tried contacting customer service with no response therefore very disappointed please avoid using this company and go elsewhere.

Vintage Green Bike

I was able to have my purchase delivered quite fast considering the Xmas period and my last minute order! The bike itself is of great quality and the vintage look is so cool which is what everyone complimented on! I originally ordered the blue/grey but they only had vintage green in stock and the lucky last which I was still fine with!! My soon to be 3 yr old nephew loves it as he isnt confident with pedalling so the balance bike is perfect for him and the fact you can change to also have a 2 wheel bike is also very convenient! He did take a few a go’s to learn and adjust to having no brakes but his own feet but once he learnt that he is all go now and loves it!!

This is a must-have. With baby teething, it's been good to wash the pad separately and avoid having the whole carrier wet.

Just perfect!

I do EC and bought this when my baby was 5 months old. We needed a potty for when we were out and about and found this potty with a lid. So convenient! We love it!
