Exchanges, Refunds & Returns
Within 15 days of the purchase date:
Please get in contact with our team before returning any products they will be able to advise if we are able to accept the return - sales@winkalotts.co.nz
You may return a product that is UNOPENED in NEW condition with ORIGINAL PACKAGING for exchange or a refund less any processing fee we were charged and excluding any shipping cost that was incurred with delivery of the product.
Please note that return shipping back to us will be at your cost. We highly recommend sending items using signature required shipping as we are not reliable for a return until we have received it.
If you need to return something as a result of our error we'll send you the correct product at no charge to you and pay the return shipping cost of the incorrect product.
Refunds will be issued to the same form of payment originally used for your purchase.
If a product is faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Please note we WILL NOT be able to accept returns on any hygiene or safety products including but not limited to - Car seats, Swaddles, Potties, Thermometers ETC unless they are in their original packaging, Unopened and UNUSED
