I purchased the Ingenuity high chair three years ago, drawn to its promise of lasting and growing with my family. However, I am now deeply disappointed by both the quality of the product and the lack of support from customer service.
Recently, the straps on the high chair tore, and while I understand some wear and tear is to be expected, safety components like straps should be easy to replace—especially for a product marketed to last and grow with a family. I reached out to customer service for assistance, speaking with three different agents. Unfortunately, none were able to provide a helpful solution. Two agents hung up on me, and the third simply suggested I stop using the product altogether, which is not an acceptable option.
As a parent, I expected more from a company that claims to support families and provide solutions for raising children. My experience with Kids2 has been the opposite. I’m more than willing to pay for replacement straps, but no assistance has been offered. It’s frustrating and disheartening to feel unsupported in a situation that impacts my child’s safety.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that this issue is resolved soon. The lack of customer care and product quality has made me reconsider any future purchases from this brand.
Original order one of the items was not in stock it took more than 2 weeks to rectify. The remaining part of the order was not delivered and a green tractor was delivered instead to my 9 month old niece. I have tried contacting customer service with no response therefore very disappointed please avoid using this company and go elsewhere.
I was able to have my purchase delivered quite fast considering the Xmas period and my last minute order! The bike itself is of great quality and the vintage look is so cool which is what everyone complimented on! I originally ordered the blue/grey but they only had vintage green in stock and the lucky last which I was still fine with!! My soon to be 3 yr old nephew loves it as he isnt confident with pedalling so the balance bike is perfect for him and the fact you can change to also have a 2 wheel bike is also very convenient! He did take a few a go’s to learn and adjust to having no brakes but his own feet but once he learnt that he is all go now and loves it!!
This is a must-have. With baby teething, it's been good to wash the pad separately and avoid having the whole carrier wet.
I do EC and bought this when my baby was 5 months old. We needed a potty for when we were out and about and found this potty with a lid. So convenient! We love it!
I'm wearing my 5-month-old baby and I'm pleased with the carrier. Before I only used the Boba Wrap and wanted an easier way to swap the baby between parents. This one does the trick, but we both hurt our backs trying to wear it in the conventional way (like a backpack) so now we only wear it with crossed straps.
We brought this a few months ago for our daughter and it’s been great. We needed a mattress to fit our cot that was smaller than the standard ones you can buy and this fit perfectly. Nice and firm but still comfy. I like that you can take the cover off to be washed. Good value for money and was shipped and arrived quickly.
Much prefer these to the standard straight valve ones, made inflating much easier. Quick shipping and easy to fit.
Great solid replacement. Previous ones wore out after 7 or so years of hard use. Easy to fit and fast shipping.
Both my children love sleeping with these wraps still. soft and cooling material
Bit of a learning curve getting the fold/unfold initially but amazingly easy to use after that. It fit well in the airplane overhead carry on storage on the 4 flights I've used it on- I left a sleeping bag liner inside to make it cozy for my little guy and it still packed down well. No regrets buying it.
These are great to protect leather seats against the grandkids car seats ! Great product and price

Too easy to pull apart and the edges don't fit together so can be a trip hazard.
A soft mat might have been a better option but I like that you can just wipe these down

Bought this after borrowing a friends. Amazingly easy to travel with. Would absolutely recommend. Find myself using it over my Mountain Buggy Terrain at times purely for the size and ease of it!

Love this table, so easy to assemble and so much room for my 4 kids in care (home based) to spread out while eating or playing at.
Only downside was I needed 4 chairs not 2!
