Returns & Refunds
Within 30 days of purchase you may return a product that is UNOPENED in BRAND NEW condition with ORIGINAL PACKAGING for a full refund (excluding any shipping cost that was incurred with delivery of the product). Please note that return shipping back to us will be at your cost.
Within 30 days of purchase you may return a product that has been OPENED if it's in BRAND NEW condition with ORIGINAL PACKAGING at our discretion subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee (excluding any shipping cost that was incurred with delivery of the product). For health reasons there are products we can't accept for return, e.g. bath products, health products or swaddles. Please note that return shipping back to us will be at your cost.
If you've opened the product and it's faulty then we'll meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
If you need to return something as a result of our error we'll send you the correct product at no charge to you and pay the return shipping cost of the incorrect product.
For any returns we'll notify you via email once we've received and processed the returned product. Please return products in boxes not courier bags to avoid damage to packaging.
Refunds will be issued to the same form of payment originally used for your purchase within 3 business days of receipt of your return.
If a product is returned any rewards program points earned on that product at the time of purchase will be debited from your rewards program account.
If the product return leads to a shortfall in your rewards program points then this will be deducted from the refund or credit given for the returned product.
