Layby

We're happy to offer a traditional layby facility but we do have a few terms and conditions:

• Laybys can also be done online, in store, over the phone or via email.
• Layby terms are for a maximum of 3 months from the date of the initial deposit.
• The minimum layby deposit is 20% of the order total.
• Regular payments on at least a monthly basis are required over the maximum 3 month term of the layby.
• We accept payment by Direct Credit (online banking), Mastercard or Visa.
• The minimum order value is $150.00.
• Purchases by layby are ineligible for Winkalotts Rewards Program points.
• Current model products only are eligible for layby. We cannot accept laybys for discontinued products or products on clearance or sale.
• Laybys are accepted for New Zealand purchasers only.
• Laybys can be cancelled at any time. If cancelled a $50 administration fee will be applied and deducted from the payments received. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of cancellation.

To do a layby please order online and select bank deposit as the payment method. You'll get our bank details to pay the deposit, use your order number as the reference number. If you want to pay the deposit by credit card give us a call and we can do this over the phone.

Once the balance of the order and any applicable shipping charges have been paid your order will be shipped.
