Exchanges, Refunds & Returns

Within 31 days of the purchase date:

You may return a product that is UNOPENED in NEW condition with ORIGINAL PACKAGING for exchange or a refund less any processing fee we were charged and excluding any shipping cost that was incurred with delivery of the product. Please note that return shipping back to us will be at your cost.

You may return a product that has been OPENED if it's UNUSED and in NEW condition with ORIGINAL PACKAGING for exchange or refund at our discretion subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee (we reserve the right to charge a higher restocking fee as we can no longer sell it as new) and excluding any shipping cost that was incurred with delivery of the product. For health and safety reasons there are products we can't accept for exchange, refund or return if opened, e.g. baby carriers, bath products, breast pumps, car seats and bases, health products, toddler helmets, sleep bags, sleep suits or swaddles etc, this isn't a complete list so please get in touch with us to check first. Please note that return shipping back to us will be at your cost.

If you've opened the product and it's faulty then we'll meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

If you need to return something as a result of our error we'll send you the correct product at no charge to you and pay the return shipping cost of the incorrect product.

For any returns we'll notify you via email once we've received and processed the returned product.

Refunds will be issued to the same form of payment originally used for your purchase within three business days of receipt of your return.

If a product is returned any rewards program points earned on that product at the time of purchase will be debited from your rewards program account.

If the product return leads to a shortfall in your rewards program points then this will be deducted from the refund or credit given for the returned product.

Within 32 days - 3 months of the purchase date:

Unfortunately if the product has been OPENED we're NOT able to accept it back for exchange.

We're unable to accept any exchanges after three months.

If you've opened the product and it's faulty then we'll meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

To ensure the product is suitable for exchange please email us with purchase details and photos of the product prior to sending it back so that we can confirm the exchange in advance. 

Once we've received the returned product and confirmed its condition we'll be able to send out the replacement product that you subsequently order. If the dollar value of your new order is exactly the same as the original order select bank deposit as the payment option. If the dollar value of your new order is less than the original order you'll then have a store credit. If the dollar value of your new order is more than the original order we'll email you an invoice for the balance.

If a product is returned for exchange any rewards program points earned on that product at the time of purchase will be debited from your rewards program account and correspondingly rewards program points will be credited to your rewards program account for the product that it's exchanged for.

If the product exchange leads to a shortfall in your rewards program points then this will be deducted from the refund or credit given for the original product.
